Terms of Sale – Photography Shoots & Products

By booking a photography session or purchasing any products, you agree to the following terms:

• Booking & Payment: A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your session, with the remaining balance due before the shoot or product delivery.
• Cancellations & Rescheduling: Rescheduling is allowed with at least 7 days' notice. Cancellations may forfeit the deposit.
• Image Usage: Clients receive personal use rights for delivered images. Commercial use requires written permission.
• Delivery: Edited photos will be delivered within 3-6 weeks. Prints and products may have additional processing time.
• Refunds & Exchanges: Due to the nature of digital and custom products, all sales are final.

By purchasing digital images, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only. You may print, share, and display the images for personal purposes but may not resell, edit, or use them for commercial purposes without written permission.

All copyrights remain with Deity Imagery. Unauthorized distribution or reproduction is prohibited.
